In 2010 Rand put together the first Randsland Real Estate Team, and has had several different team members over the years. Rand covers 4 counties in Southwest Utah; Washington, Iron, Kane, and Garfield. Rand works out of the Washington County/St George area. With coverage on both ends of Southwest Utah, he is able to service his clients every acre of the way. Rand brings 27 years of Southwest Utah Real Estate knowledge to his clients, and has been deeply involved with tSouthwest Utah's Real Estate industry, serving on multiple committees and as President of the Washington County Board of REALTORS in 2010-2011. Rand is the Branch Broker at RealtyPath St George and is accredited with several higher education accreditations in the business. His level of knowledge in Real Estate brings integrity and experience matched by only a select group in the area.
